    Unique features: Decorations colored stones. Seven rows of white cobblestones as a cornice on the two non-gable sides of the main structure. See photograph 957 County Route 6 Phelps 2.jpg below.

    Roudabush Survey states the address as 947 County Road 6, obtained from 947 on telephone pole. Sheriff Notice posted on property, information ca. 8/25/77 - 6/23/78. The correct address is 957 County Road 6, confirmed by Richard Palmer blog.

    This house is at 957 County Route 6, also called Pre-Emption Road. It is build of polished stones all of the same exact size and configuration from Lake Ontario. Note the decorative white stones next to the roof line. Richard Palmer blog.
